Room Forty-Three is a classically decorated space that can accommodate 150-300 individuals. Room Forty-Three is perfect for wedding receptions, galas, fashion shows, art showings, expo's and conferences.


We have two bi-level suites available for rental:

The large room (Suite A) rents for $2,000.00.

The small room (Suite B) rents for $1,000.00


New Years Eve Rental Prices: Suite A ($3,000) Suite B ($2,000).

Room Forty-Three is a full service venue professionally managed by Norflo Holding Corporation Event Planning. We have developed several distinct standard and premium event packages. Should you choose to customize your event by selecting items outside of the standard package, these customized selections can be provided at additional cost.

The following describes those services provided at Room Forty-Three:


Hours: The standard event package includes six hours for the event and clean-up. We will allow * two hours prior to event for your set up. Should you require additional hours these are made available at an additional cost of $250.00.


Deliveries of materials should occur only two hours prior to the event and should be scheduled with staff.


Catering: Room Forty-Three has a list of preferred caterers available. However, you are open to bringing in your own licensed caterer.


Floral: Referrals can be provided for customized floral arrangements.


Linen: Room 43 can provide you with linen companies to rent from. We do not provide linen for any events.


Music and Entertainment:You are welcome to bring in your own entertainment; Room Forty-Three staff reserves the right to approve your proposed entertainment.


Art: Should you wish to display artwork at your event, we request that you inform staff and meet* with our artistic consultant. We reserve the right to approve any artwork displayed. Nothing can be affixed to the walls or any part of the building.


Photography and Video: Room 43 can arrange to have a photographer present at your event. Services are free of charge and the price of the pictures vary. You are also welcome to bring your own photographer or videographer.


Parking: Complimentary parking is available at the Komed Health Center Parking lot at 42nd and Berkeley. Also, at the One Stop Parking lot at 43rd & Greenwood. Valet parking is also available. Room Forty-Three can arrange valet services for the event. Valet is $200 to set up the service and $5/car to park.

Coat Check: $50 set up fee + $2.00 per coat.

Stanchions & Velvet Rope: $20/pair

Pipe & Drape: $15/panel (Room 43 has 12 panels available)

Spotlights: $50/each

Red Carpet: $50/each

Gobos: $150

Projector: $60

Projection Stand: $10

High Boys/Bistro Tables: Additional High boys and bistro tables can be rented for $10/ea. Additional Bar: $60

Event Planning: lf you have not hired an event planner for your event, Room Forty-Three can provide these services at additional cost.


Scheduling Your Event A non-refundable 50% of the total cost is due immediately upon signing the contract.


The balance must be received two (2) weeks prior to the event. Failure to comply will result in cancellation of the event.


Other Information Room: Forty-Three is a non smoking facility. The building is handicap accessible for the top levels only.
